i love it when the supposedly Analytical characters are all 'this would improve efficiency by number-i-pulled-out-of-my-ass%', especially when the thing whose efficiency is being improved has no obvious numeric measures, or too many different ones that the supposed percentage improvement could mean a wide range of different things and there's no disambiguating context.

i am not being sarcastic, i think it's funny. as long as it fits the general tone of the character and the scene and so on, y'know.

on the other hand most of the time you should not have Armsmaster say it.
